Well Established
Frontera Development is a Shopping Center Development and Brokerage Firm. Frontera is located in Phoenix, Arizona with our related company Frontera Building Co. There are currently 15 people that make up the Frontera team.
Frontera has been involved in over 15 million square feet of retail transactions, and the company has a broad geographic presence. We have completed transactions in ten states and currently own shopping centers in three states.
Frontera Development has successfully worked with Land Owners and Cities on annexations, rezoning, and entitlements for a number of complex transactions. Frontera emphasizes a team strategy and we use only the best local engineers, zoning attorneys and facilitators to ensure the ultimate success of the Project.
